Location: (Coppabella / Moranbah Region) Renumeration: $76,859.08 pro rata About the role: Aurizon is currently seeking a Depot Support Officer based in Coppabella. Working closely within the day of operations this role will provide support to the Regional Operations Manager and the wider team. The role is offered on a temporary part time basis (28 hours per week hours) to cover maternity leave. Work hours/days will be determined with successful candidate and manager (Subject to business needs). About you: To succeed in this role, you will be values driven with a strong bias toward action and a can-do attitude. Duties include but not limited to: Day to day administration Scheduling of meetings Archiving and file management SAP experience an advantage but not essential Purchasing (creating orders, invoicing, goods receipting) Credit card reconciliation and travel bookings Timesheets and leave management.
