SALES REPRESENTATIVE/CONSULTANT - VICTORIA This is a rare opportunity to join an Australian owned business in an exciting growth phase. The Attic Group has been in business for more than 40 years. It has converted more than 50,000 Australian families' homes with amazing attic conversions to create more space. Due to the ongoing expansion, we are looking to hire a Sales Representative / Consultant experienced within the building renovations industry who is motivated and committed to identifying and closing sales adding to the growth of our business. Your responsibilities include: Engagement with new markets in order to identify and grow business Achieve sales budgets from leads supplied by the Company Detailed and timely estimations Deliver excellence in customer service Offer technical support to customers Upsell across the full range of the Company’s offerings The ideal candidate will have sales experience working in a building renovation environment, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. It would be expected you have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, strong self-discipline along with a strong work ethic and be driven to succeed. Essential Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate should have: Sales experience and a proven track record Building knowledge Exceptional customer service skills and a solutions focused attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to identify opportunities and close sales Strong negotiation skills Impeccable self-presentation Self-motivated and a team player A full current driver’s licence (essential) In return, you will receive: Salary package, circa $125k per annum plus a fully maintained company motor vehicle.
