Roles & Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE Provide students with the range of support services required to meet the need of students. Provide service level excellence in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual, and in compliance with EduTrust, CPE and SSG frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR ACTIVITIES Conduct student meeting session and perform coaching and counselling as and when required alongside with the Faculty Members, in regards to personal, academic, vocational, or behavioural issues. Update and maintain all key reports required for management EduTrust compliance Monitoring WSQ-funded graduates on their fulfilment of their industry bond and ensure close follow up with every cases Following SOP and maintain quality assurance standards set by the academy to pass internal and external audits Monitor Student feedback and complaints and resolve issues Conduct reviews of Student P-Files to ensure compliance with Policy & Procedures and Edutrust requirements Ensure information on LMS and SIS are up to date and accurate Develop and adopt new processes to builds data to manage student success at partner sites Maintain and establish industrial site attachment locations within Singapore Ensuring timely student placement (apprenticeship) is being planned accordingly to time line. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Preferably diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage, Education or related fields. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years working experience in a reputed PEI in similar capacity PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS Passion for food, food service, education, F&B industry and the chef profession preferred Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent communication skills in oral and written English Good planning and organisation skills Good interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Possess strong analytical skills & business acumen Attention to detail Affinity for disruptive innovations, digital transformations or partnerships and collaborations
