Property Consultant £28,000 w/ uncapped commission structure (£120k OTE) Bromley Property and Real Estate JN0203B Aspion are currently recruiting for a market leading and expanding property investment business based in Bromley. Due to a period of sustained growth, my client is currently recruiting for 2 proven and high performing Property Consultants to join their business on a permanent basis. Working in a fast paced and buzzing office environment, you will be able to offer an evolving property portfolio that is second-to-none in the industry to new and existing investors. My client boasts a highly lucrative, uncapped and achievable commission structure where you will easily surpass £120k for hitting targets, as well as long term career opportunities for progression and development. The objective of this role will be to generate investment deals with new and existing clients, converting both warm leads and prospecting for new business. Ideally you will be highly tenacious, diligent and hungry with a proven track record of delivering against targets. Package Details: £28,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure – £120,000 OTE (top earners are currently earning between £150-200k!) Company laptop Excellent training Long term career progression Key Responsibilities: Proactively contacting target clients through outbound calls Converting incoming and warm leads Qualifying client needs and discussing investment opportunities Managing a pipeline of leads and potential deals Negotiating deals Closing and converting opportunities into deals over the phone Attending seminars Developing lasting relationships and account managing clients to win repeat business Working to targets and KPIs Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is essential You must have experience of working in a telephony based sales role Previous experience in the following sectors is highly desirable: financial services, wealth management, property investment, mortgage sales, stock brokerage, property sales A proven track record of delivering excellent numbers against targets Excellent communication skills Strong negotiation skills A strong closer Tenacity and drive Professional and polished appearance Money hungry attitude and complete focus and desire to go the extra mile to achieve set objectives To apply, please send a copy of your CV to [email removed] or alternatively, submit your application via the link below.
