About your new role - Rakes & shovel Laying of asphalt Level Hand Operation of crew truck Heavy vehicle machinery operation About you - To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience; Strong leadership capability Good attitude towards your co-workers and your job Strong Work Ethic Current Heavy Vehicle Licence In addition to this, the ideal people will possess: An interest in Asphalt Road Surfacing Strong commitment to safety Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Pride in quality & workmanship Relevant training and plant tickets Committed to working nights, weekends and regionally as required Construction Induction (White/Blue) Card Ideally 1+ years' experience within the industry Efficient, reliable and hardworking Ability to maintain a safe work environment *No agency applications will be considered* Job Type: Casual Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour Education: High School (Year 12) (Preferred) Location: Melbourne VIC (Preferred) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Preferred) Benefits: Training and professional development assistance
