The Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen Medical focused on placing healthcare professionals into regional and remote area to support the local workforce, is seeking Travel and Logistics Coordinator to deliver a positive placement experience that emphasises service and support of Health Professionals (HP). The responsibilities of the role include: working with Rural LAP’s contracted travel agent to organise the most cost-effective accommodation and transport arrangements for each placement coordinating the health professional’s itineraries and movements with the recruitment advisors preparing placement confirmation/itineraries and informing health professionals and recruitment advisors on the finalised placement confirmation/itineraries providing after-hours assistance for travel requirements to staff and health professionals including arranging emergency travel and fielding enquiries liaising with accommodation providers and managing the accommodation arrangements as required maintaining health professional's information and movements on the N Drive and updating Fast-track as required other Travel and Logistic duties as required.
