Job purpose The HR Associate is responsible for the operational and administrative support of the Human Resources Department. The Associate is part of the HR Services team that offers first line support to employees all over EMEA, and is the first point of contact for HR information and queries. Position in the organisation Reports to the Team lead HR Services. Responsibilities Human Resources Administration Prepares labour contracts for new employees and processes changes to contracts of current employees Prepares confirmation letters for employees Reports accordingly to Payroll and required external organisations (social security, pension providers, etc) Maintains accurate and complete digital personnel files and records, including maintenance of all data in SuccessFactors (HRIS) Prepares reports and documents such as organisation charts, new joiner reports and other overviews, as required by HR Business Partners or other HR functions such as Payroll Supports new joiner process to ensures new joiners have a smooth start Performs other HR tasks, as required.
