This is an urgent requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager to become involved on a major Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project, located in Mozambique. Our Client is one of the largest and best known International Contractors operating globally. They are responsible for delivering some of the most prestigious industrial, power and civil engineering projects in Africa and the Middle East over the last 50 years. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: In/out correspondences (responding to any contractual letters or notices received) Preparing and issuing claims. Negotiating and agreeing any claims. Sub contractors contract agreements/LOA/LOI Reviewing and setting project budget Reviewing and agreeing Variations Reviewing and agreeing Interim payment certificates The project duration is 3-4 years Experience Required: Have experience working in a Contracts Management capacity. Have overseen the commercial function on major Liquified Natural Gas projects from start to finish. Strong experience working with large civil contractors. Fluent in English language. Portuguese language is advantageous, but is not a prerequisite.
