Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Project Management /PMO role for one of our leading client in Singapore Job Type: Permanent Location: Singapore Salary: SGD 8000 – 10,000 / Month Roles & Responsibilities: Define Strategic vision and Program/ Project Charters Able to articulate business value back to markets on the investment in technology Facilitte steering committee reviews with IT and commercial heads Review Project and Sprint Plans for regional roll outs Review Project/ Program Deliverables for each and every milestone Review, refine and define implementation roadmap aligning with Program Charter Manage project teams across various locations and ensure timely delivery Manage the day-to-day aspects of the Project, including but not limited to scope, schedule, resources, issues, risks, budget, and Deliverables Manage cross functional stakeholders across the markets Define Clear Communication Plan Define the Org Chart, Escalation Matrix, and RACI Matrix Identify and document Project risks, determine risk response strategies and escalate applicable issues to the Program Leadership Facilitate Technical Design, Architecture Approval Process and manage timely submission and revisions Ensure Change Management is driven across markets to scale the program Work with Business and IT stakeholders on Change requests and produce cutover and Production Implementation Plan Facilitate Go No-Go Calls for Production cutover and Implementation Plans Establish Change Management Processes for the following Functional Changes Technical Changes Organization wide Changes Governance Changes Architecture Changes Infrastructure Changes Facilitate and close transition point gate with service delivery teams Domain & Technical skill set: Exposure to ETL tools and BI Strong knowledge of working in agile/scrum methodology and delivering business value to stakeholders Interested candidates can share their resume at [email removed] call at T +65 67087429 for a confidential discussion.
