About the Team The Customer Engagement team is responsible for maximising community engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through detailed audience analysis, delivery of compelling campaigns and content, and the facilitation of seamless digital experiences, the team attracts and engages existing, new and diverse customers with our brand, artists, products, and services. About the Role The Content Manager leads the content strategy for Arts Centre Melbourne’s digital platforms. The role works closely with the wider marketing team to ideate content-driven activity that engages and delights our customers, driving strong returns. Leading and motivating a small, high-performing team, the role blends data and creativity to place the customer at the centre of decision-making. Full-time ongoing, salary $88,154.39 per annum plus superannuation. Key Criteria – Extensive digital marketing experience and tertiary qualification in a relevant field – Demonstrated experience creating compelling content for a range of audiences across different channels – A creative, driven and empathetic leader with experience building a high-performing team – Demonstrated experience using data to drive strategy and decision making – Strong comprehension of digital platforms and new media trends – Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral – Experience implementing digital and social media campaigns and on-going reporting and analysis – Creative and big picture thinker with a Customer First and results oriented mind set.
