The club is currently seeking exceptional tour and museum hosts to be available to work on weekdays, weekends, peak periods and matchdays on a casual basis at the Emirates Stadium. You will support the senior leadership team and operate as an ambassador for the club and provide best in class customer service in order to enhance the customer and fan experience. The stadium tour is predominately an audio tour in nine different languages and allows guests into a variety of exciting backstage areas, completing their visit with a trip to the Arsenal museum. This role will involve being part of the guest journey from start to finish bringing to life Arsenal’s informative years right through to the modern era. This will include working along the tour route in the Emirates Stadium, supporting our ex-football Legends, selling tickets from inside our Armoury store, delivering guided tours on matchdays, working in the Arsenal museum and going above and beyond with excellent customer service.
