Cafe / Restaurant Manager Company: Arrow & Co Pty Ltd Position: café/ Restaurant manger Salary: $70,000 Arrow & Co Pty Ltd currently operates 3 cafés/restaurants across Sydney We are looking for a Manager at our Northern Beaches Cafe that can drive our team to deliver excellent customer service. Take ownership over financial results including compliance. Provide excellent time management and organisational skills. Main tasks: · Planning menus in consultation with Chefs and Cooks; · Exposure to administrative duties from rostering, · OH&S; Planning and organising special functions, catering; · Experience in managing front and back of house team; · Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget; · Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions; Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance; · Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service; · Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff; In order to be eligible for the role, you must be in possession of an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with 2 years post qualification experience or, alternatively have at least three years of relevant experience. To be successful in this role, you should also demonstrate: · Excellent customer service and leadership skills Possess a love of exceptional coffee and have a minimum 2 year experience in similar role. Good computer and financial skills. Be hard working and driven. Display a proven interest in the retail/ restaurant industry with the intention for career development. · Experience in large fast paced venues or cafes · Knowledge of food safety and eye for detail · Strong communication skills · A love for hospitality and ability to keep up in an energetic environment · An upbeat, positive attitude Be immaculately presented. Job Type: Permanent Salary: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year Experience: Management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required)
