Required Qualification: BE / B Tech (Mechanical) Lead generations through Customer Visit, cold calling, etc Tender Opening / Customer Visit / Participation in Exhibition / Workshop / Seminar / Other Marketing Activities as & when required. Enquiry review to be done as and when received and to be responded on daily basis and document it in the follow up sheet. Prepare client card and provide the same to inside sales Enqs and get required quotation from them Quotation to be sent E tender file should be handed over to ISE Manual tenders file should be sent to ISE Follow up with customer for receipt of quotation and timely follow ups there after. Acknowledgement and review of order on the same day of receipt. Fill client card, PO review form, Material Requisition & give all the documents/File to Inside sales Eng for further processing. Reply to techno-commercial queries to be done on the same day of receipt of same. Making technical compliance & demonstration of products Tentative Tour Plan to be submitted for approval at the starting of the month & confirmed tour plan to be given minimum one week in advance. Tour Report to be submitted to TLs on daily basis of visit in prescribed format. Vouchers needs to be submitted within 5 days from the date of return. Weekly update to be provided to TLs on all enquiries in hand. Payment follow up to be done on regular basis. (should be done by ISE) Weekly update to be taken from respective dealers of their regions. Timely documentation and compliance to ISO.
