THE DEPARTMENT The mission of the Store Operations Department is to uphold operational excellence through validating our processes, supporting special initiatives, escalating business opportunities and ensuring continuity. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Director in the Store Operations Department, you will be a part of a team responsible for in connecting the front-end business with the back end Support Office. As the Director, Store Operations you will play a pivotal role in upholding our standards of operational excellence across all areas of our retail stores, effectively identifying opportunities that drive the business and enable seamless operations. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you’ll support high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.
