QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s/ College Degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience in troubleshooting desktop/network Knowledge on MS windows OS LAN/TCP/IP Networking device Experience & knowledge in Win XP, WIN7, Win8 and MS Office Network Connectivity, printer mapping Detail-oriented and organized Excellent interpersonal skills Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, BGC, Makati and Pasay DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide basic computer troubleshooting Provide basic printer troubleshooting Knowledge to set-up multimedia devices Provide basic knowledge on Microsoft Products Provide basic knowledge on Web Browser Know how to use Web Email (Smart Cloud, Google APPS and Office 360) Knowledge on PABX / VOIP System. Know how to set-up Desktop / Laptop to client Other duties/ tasks as assigned Thank you. Job Type: Full-time
