We are seeking talented Human Resources Strategic Consultant to help solve complex workforce-related challenges for Federal clients.Candidates are passionate about learning and love working with people. Candidates help Federal programs create and maintain a highly skilled workforce by providing excellent human resources support. Primary responsibilities include supporting human resources, recruiting, staffing, and HR special projects and strategies. A significant focus is on HR and hiring in the Federal environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in Federal human resources and recruiting with very strong organizational skills. Future projects may include other human capital disciplines. Required Qualifications: Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and strategic planning (senior level) or 3-4 years of experience in human resources and recruiting (mid level) Experience with civilian Federal human resources programs and Federal recruiting strongly preferred Familiarity using HR technologies, particularly using Government interfaces Familiarity using applicant tracking systems and reviewing resumes Experience writing compelling job descriptions and performing job assessments Ability to quickly schedule phone and in-person interviews, driving candidates through the recruiting process through offers Outstanding interviewing skills, in a Government environment Demonstrated experience working in a consulting/project based environment Excellent written and oral communications skills Passion for working with people and demonstrated concern about their growth A sense of entrepreneurialism and strong work ethic Strong interest in human resources, talent management, and learning demonstrated by experience or education Work experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably with a small business) Strong organizational and time management skills Education: Bachelor's degree Clearance: US citizenship required/Ability to obtain a security clearance Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in a Government consulting environment Advanced Degree in Human Resources or an MBA Experience developing strategic HR-related programs for clients and performing HR strategy HR-related certifications Our recruiting process is very competitive.
