Human Resource Specialist Aptly Technology is a fast-growing IT consulting company with people-oriented culture. Currently the company is looking for a full-time HR specialist to join our team. Responsibility: Employee on-boarding and off-boarding Handbook management and update based on legal requirements Answering employee HR related inquiries Immigrate case support HR policy training to Aptly LT and employees HR announcements Organize Company moral events Make sure the reporting structure is update in Paychex whenever there is personnel change Make suggestions to leadership team for compliance and policy updates Requirement Successful candidate will have following requirements: 1+ year of HR experiences or have education background in HR field.
