Listen to their feedback to help the Product and Engineering team innovate new features. Ultimately, you're there to ensure that our customers are more successful. Responsibilities Ability to manage clients' on all levels: technical, business, support, and product Work with clients directly to ensure success in designing, migrating, and deploying AppsFlyer as well as to provide value throughout the whole customer lifecycle Handle new feature releases Provide client feedback internally Provide client training and webinars Upsell existing clients Introduce new features Requirements Strong business-level spoken and written English Strong analytical skills Some mobile and web digital advertising experience 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role and collaborating with Sales Other Preferred Requirements Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member Worked in a mobile app related business Proficient in at least one programming language or understand data infrastructure/management Familiar with SQL Understand various components of marketing tech stack and how each complements the other to drive the success of mobile app business Understand the mobile app landscape in terms of business growth and advertising in Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines One native Southeast Asian language skill is a plus
