ATS provides business critical solutions for our education and government clients in the following specializations: Enterprise Modernization, Infrastructure Services, Cyber Security Solutions, Workforce Transformation, End User Computing, and IT Staffing Summary of Role: The VP of Operations will assist the organization to meet strategic goals. This individual will be held accountable for the productivity of the overall operation through key deliverables to achieve operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of operational strategies and future objectives that will enhance efficiency and improve client and customer relations Manage process changes, enhancements and modifications to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes and develop strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. Performs workflow analysis and develops methods for the team. Provides orientation and on-the-job training for subordinates and ensures that the authority and responsibility for each position are defined and understood. Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilities. Develops and presents to the President matters requiring a decision. Ensures the overall continuity of the Sales Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Service team. Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. Presents reports on performance as requested by the President. Committed to resolving escalated customer complaints in a solution- oriented mind frame Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 8-12 employees within the Inside Sales Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Service teams. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications: Must have at least 10 years of operations experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate multi-level leadership responsibility and delivery of successful metrics in a growing, complex organization. Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style Must contribute to ATS in a meaningful, substantive way Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills High sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated excellence in internal and external customer satisfaction and the ability to maintain high employee engagement Must demonstrate a clear talent for understanding, motivating and inspiring our clients, consultants, and staff Proven experience in strategic planning and execution Job Type: Full-time Experience: Operations Management: 10 years (Preferred) Location: Middle River, MD (Required) Work authorization: United States (Required)
