Partner with the AP, AR and GL team for monthly accounting close process which includes ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with the company’s policies and India GAAP are delivered on-time to the Corporate Financial Reporting team. To process financial documents in line with tax guidelines and control procedures and monitor progression India. Key Responsibilities:  Ensure timely and accurate accounting and processing of Invoices & payment meeting P2P SLA to the business and ensuring controls thereon to achieve targets.  Review payment approval workflow completion and outstanding invoices and monitoring blocked and parked invoice reports and ensure aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis.  Maintain professional and effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders in timely manner.  Working knowledge for GST and TDS is a must.  Assisting in monthly and periodic book closure activities.  Assisting in statutory compliance and FAR maintenance.  Ensuring GL entries are posted and all GL are reconciled.  Attending audit queries and assisting in periodic MIS.  Act as a focal point for vendor inquiries and account status.  Raise, route and manage invoice exceptions process with approvers and/or vendor.  Monitor outstanding Travel and Expense reimbursements.  Review and process T&E expense reports timely in accordance with company T&E Reimbursement Policy. Expectations:  M.com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CWA Inter or similar  1 to 3 years of corporate experience with best practices in accounting and finance  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Problem-solving skills and analysis and addressing challenges  Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus  Ambitious, self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility  Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
