Duties & Responsibilities: * Lead a technical team that supports multiple locations in South India. Supporting sites with regular technical briefing, preparing snag lists, support during incidents, technical audits etc. Generation of business from existing customers by making innovative proposals for Facility system upkeep, system augment and up gradation, system optimization etc. Helping clients with providing risk assessment and risk mitigation plans, business continuity plans, efficiency improvement and energy saving plans etc. and make proposals for the same Create and maintain vendor databases for carrying various types of works including different equipment AMCs, suppliers of Electrical equipment and consumable items, vendors for executing small projects such as system up gradation, shifting of electrical / mechanical installations, HVAC etc. Qualifications: Engineer with the background of Facility management / plant engineering / Technical audit etc. with a good knowledge of preparing technical proposals and with good communication and negotiation skills. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience Leadership skills BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Relevant certification is a plus * * Company Profile: Apollo Power Systems is a 30 year old company in the business of Power Generation, Integration & Maintenance.
