Rubber Department – Trimmers Apache Mills, Inc., a worldwide leader in floor mat manufacturing, is “Moving Forward” as it continues to grow its manufacturing operations. We are seeking qualified candidates for Bruno Operators to join our Manufacturing Team. There are openings on Day Shift (M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with occasional weekends) and Night Shift (3:30 pm to 12:00 am, with occasional weekends). The Bruno Operator position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description): work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment meet or exceed company quality standards maintain regular and predictable attendance comply with company processes and procedures follow verbal and written instructions stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather) ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises successfully complete drug and background screenings Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: operating, loading, and unloading Bruno working safely with appropriate hand tools inspecting product for first quality lifting regularly up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. rotating to other positions as business needs require Apache Mills, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
