OTE UP TO £27,000 A YEAR! Job Description We have a fantastic opportunity for an upbeat and target driven Sales Advisor with excellent rapport-building skills to join an established sales team. You will build strong relationships with our customers over the phone and email to leverage successful bookings via our online platform. This is a customer-facing role, which will involve taking responsibility for screening inbound transport and removal requests, understanding the customer’s needs and liaising with our Transport Partners to effectively broker the best solution & service ensuring suitability for both their requirements. You must be customer-centric and have sales experience. Experience with Logistics & removals is a plus, although this is not essential. Responsibilities will include: A high volume of outbound calls to customers & Transport Partners Screening and closing bookings via our bespoke build CRM system Working towards exceeding targets & KPIs Identifying concerns & challenges, problem-solving & troubleshooting Ability to demonstrate excellent product knowledge and communicate the benefits of our services Handling transactions & amendments Continuously feeding back on the process and product improvements Key requirements: Proven ability to sell Analytical Good Geographical knowledge Excellent communication skills Empathetic Highly organized Self-starter Receptive to training and continuous coaching Comfortable with growth & change Important bits: £21,000-£23,000 salary & monthly bonus (OTE up to 27,000) West London location - close to tube & bus links Free beers, coffees & other fun perks 20 days holiday & bank holidays Perkbox membership This is an exciting time to join an energetic, evolving company making big moves in the transport industry!
