We’re a growing team here in Oslo and determined to make Antler a big success. We´re now looking to expand our team with a driven junior recruiter and program coordinator ninja in one person. As part of both Antler’s recruiting and program team, you will play a key role when it comes to recruiting top talent and supporting all program related operations. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for people who aspire to grow with us. Core Responsibilities: Recruiting: Work alongside our Recruiting Director to develop and execute on the recruiting strategy to identify and attract the best founders Manage the recruiting platform and write job descriptions across all relevant channels Source, screen candidates and conduct video interviews Coordinate the full-cycle of the recruitment funnel Organise and represent Antler at events for potential Founders in the Antler program Program: Full-circle support for our Program Manager and the rest of the Antler Norway team, including interaction with the founders, our invited guests/speakers, partners and others who are part of our program Help running the cohort by managing communications and logistics with our building management; this could be tasks ranging from ushering our speakers in to booking venues and catering services as well. Support building the ecosystem of Antler Advisors Who are YOU?
