About the role Part-time – 60 hours per fortnight As the HR Services Officer you will be supporting the HR Team Lead in the provision of day-to-day generalist HR advice, service and support including employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, award interpretation and application, policy development, recruitment/employment, payroll and compliance. To be successful, you will have previous experience in an HR generalist role or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. You will have a solid understanding and ability to interpret industrial awards and agreements and will possess high-level computing skills. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively as part of the team in this permanent position that has part-time flexibility.
