Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: This role is responsible for developing and executing key procurement strategies and processes across all spend areas at Anergy. In addition, identifies strategic sourcing opportunities, expand supplier base and leads supply chain optimization initiatives. As the main procurement interface, an incredibly important aspect to the role is to work closely with engineering design, manufacturing and project management team to ensure timely delivery of orders. The ideal candidate will have good sourcing, contracting and supplier management experience and who can institute innovative cost saving and value creation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the head of finance, the key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to: To manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts and purchasing conditions on a regular basis including management of all purchasing activities To cultivate existing supplier base and develop new supplier network to support business growth and diversifying supply chain To align and establish procurement execution plan for each project with all stakeholders including engineering design, manufacturing and project team with clear identification of product and material specification, assigned responsibility, budget and delivery timeline To conduct annual / periodic review of supplier’s performance against KPI’s and liaise with suppliers to achieve and maintain quality and service level To liaise with finance on vendors’ credits application, financial support and payment status To establish company-wide end to end optimization for procure to pay process to drive operational efficiency and cost effectiveness To support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned Profile we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Business Administration preferably in Supply Chain At least 5 years experience in a procurement and / or supply chain role Knowledge and experience in negotiating contracts with contract manufacturers and suppliers Experience in procurement management in a project environment advantageous Experience in procurement of manufactured products and manufacturing services in south east asia advantageous Ability to work in multiple projects at the same time Ability to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externally Open and collaborative and dealing with ambiguity and unstructured setting High integrity and ethics and a collaborative work attitude Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent Excel and Office skills Company Description: ANERGY About US The world’s energy mix is changing, which means it’s time to look towards affordable and renewable energy sources.
