American Products is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales to join our fast-paced team! The right candidate for this position will be able to successfully: Manage, support and develop solution sales and technical knowledge with the Regional Sales team representing American Products enclosures to assigned regions including but not limited to Networks, Distributor, OEM and End User Accounts. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meet all client needs appropriate to their respective business. Be responsible for top line revenue, sales quotas and budgets. Attract and retain national accounts. Maintain sales activities using a CRM and other sales management tools provided. Provide management and leadership over the Sales and Customer Service departments. Transfer knowledge of outside plant enclosure uses and equipment integration to provide solutions for networks and guidance to teams. Draw on experience with solution-based sales and stay current with industry feedback for new product ideas. Interested? Here’s what we would like to see: Bachelor's degree in a sales related field such as Business, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is required for this role. At least 5 years in a sales management role in the Telecommunications and CATV Industry. Proven experience with managing distributor and representative firms Ability to interact professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, co-workers and other outside parties.
