Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Clinical Training Off Remuneration: $97,689.24 - $97,689.24 Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ149824 Applications Close: Wednesday 26 February 2020 What you'll be doing The Clinical Training Officer plans, conducts and evaluates group or individual training within a designated area relating to clinical skills, the use of equipment and the underpinning ambulance practice knowledge to maximize service delivery to patients in the community. Total remuneration package valued at $108, 607pa (including salary $97,689pa annual leave loading and employers contribution to superannuation). Salary packaging arrangements providing additional benefits are also available. Employment Conditions: The successful applicant will be under the terms and conditions of the Paramedics and Control Centre Officers (State) Award. The successful applicant must hold all required certifications, licences, registrations and qualifications outlined in the position description. The successful applicant will be required to maintain a current Certificate to Practice. The successful applicant will be required to enroll and complete the TAE40110 upgrade to TAE40116 within six (6) months (this will be at the applicant’s expense and own time). The successful applicant will be required to enter into annual Performance Development Program. The successful applicant may be required to undertake duties at the other centres should the need arise. No accommodation will be provided. No entitlement to Transferred Employees Benefit (TEB). Appointment to this position is subject to a satisfactory conduct and service checks which includes referee/supervisor checks, a review of National Police Check, review of Service Check Register, a review of sick leave, ability to undertake full duties of the position and clearances from Legal, Regulatory & Professional Standards, Ambulance Education Centre and Infection Control. NSW Ambulance employees subject to an ECP or ICP consolidation period are ineligible to apply for this position. Completion of NSW Health Mandatory Training courses is a mandatory requirement for all NSW Health and NSW Ambulance employees applying for this position.
