Your responsibilities will include Developing and recommending market penetration strategies into new segments for the assigned territory Representing the organization in pitching and contract negotiations Building robust relationships with new and existing accounts to maximize market share Following through with business development and sales plans to drive revenue as necessary Keeping abreast of competitor, industry and economic conditions and movements to stay ahead of competition IDEAL CANDIDATE Prior sales and/or business development experience in real estate is essential Degree, Diploma in Business, Real Estate and/or related fields Proficient in English and communication skills Analytical with interpersonal savviness for building professional network and influencing stakeholders across all levels Entrepreneurially spirited with a strong go-getter mindset We regret only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
