Below a list of responsibilities: Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Responsible of an important wallet of accounts Tracking all the sales KPIs of the company Building and promoting partnerships with sales agents and distributors present in Europe, Asia and America Identify new opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Make exhaustive and accurate sales reports WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU Bachelor’s degree minimum or previous experience in Sales, Business Administration, Trade, or any related field Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Experience required: 3 years minimum English is a must (oral and written), good level of French and/or German is a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills OUR HIRING PROCESS: Fully read this job ad Send us your CV + cover letter (both in English) We send you a link with a test to get to know more about yourself We do a quick Skype interview You come meet us at our office for a personal interview You will receive an offer and the fun begins!
