Summary of the role Ensure proper complex multinational accounts billing, reporting and business controlling of Amadeus revenues and charges, specially in the case of complex contracts, in order to safeguard and maximize company incomes, being the entry point in the department internally and externally for multinational accounts working in liaison with other departments within the company as for example Controlling, Commercial Finance, Accounting, Legal, Business lines, amongst others. Control and monitor billing of contracts/producs based on contract conditions, SAP implementation for the accounts ensuring all areas affected meet the conditions of the Global Agreement. Working under pressure and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle time sensitive deadlines. Leading billing for Corporations and Amadeus for Developers, 2 units implementing new Amadeus products and having exponential growth in the coming years. Enhancing processes, billing quality by automating daily manual tasks for the team and Revenue Management. Main responsibilities 1.BILLING AND REFERENCE DATA MAINTENANCE Define, review and validate requirements for billing. Ensure SAP and other Billing Platform are properly set up. Control and monitor billing of contracts/products in charge. This accountibility includes several manual calculations required based on complex contract conditions. Enhance the processes by implementing excel scripts to automate tasks for the team and revenue management. 2.BILLING REPORTING AND OTHERS Define, review and validate requirements for automatic reporting. Produce internal/external commercial reports, in agreement with multinational accounts and commercial account managers, monitoring the revenue and incentives incurred by the contracts in charge. 3.CONTRACT CONDITIONS FOLLOW-UP Track revenue deviations compared with previous year and contract conditions. Identify root causes for these deviations (discounts…). Specific contract management follow-up in the case of complex contracts, ensuring all areas affected meet with the conditions fixed in the agreement. Organising and leading customer meetings and workshops to solve any billing or reporting queries. Review prior to signature and validate the commercial conditions from a revenue Management point of view and assure that pricing or product models are feasible. 4.CUSTOMER SERVICE Entry point for Customers, Sales, Controlling, Accounts Payable, General Managers and Commercial Finance areas for multinational customers on billing, billing related reporting issues and renegotiation processes with billing impacts. Establish clear communication flows with these Departments. Respond to customers on ad hoc requests regarding billing and own reporting topics. Very customer focus service in case of complex contracts, setting and leading periodical meetings with them in order to follow-up on billing figures, calculations, reporting and contract conditions. 5.CORPORATIONS AND 1A4DEV IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW BILLING MODELS AND PROCESSES Define, review and validate requierements for new billable products. Control and monitor billing tools to ensure billing quality. Closely work with product managers, enterprise architect to ensure billing feasibilities. Properly set up SAP for new customers / products / pricing conditions. Ensure the continuity of billingplatform implementation for cytric and new products: following up implementations, new contracts, new requierements. Keep the database updated. Having cristal clear communication with all stakeholders: Suppliers, Product Managers, Account managers, customers. Weekly meetings with the business units to see the progress. Respond to stakeholders for adhoc request on billing and reporting. Enhance ways of working by innovational thinking and proposals to leaders. Ensure training and awareness of revenue management members for these new ways of working and new billing models. Presentation of results. YOUR PROFILE Education Master's Degree in International Finance and Global Economics - Business Strategies and International Development. Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management. Years of experience From 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position. Experience/participation in project implementation is a plus. Business understanding Travel and distribution industry knowledge desirable. Skills and Knowledge English Accountability & Proactivity. Analytical thinking. Building relations. Communication Computing Advanced PC skills and advance level MS Office as a must.
