Roles & Responsibilities A result-oriented IT professional with experience in setting up and leading IT Infrastructure operations entailing IT Infrastructure, IT Service Delivery, Access Management, Service Desk Operations, Client Relationship Management, IT Project Management, Vendor Management. Resource will be a part of talented It Infra operations team that works on mission critical projects and IT operations. Manage IT operations, Services uptime management, Service SLA tracking with service providers. Recommending IT infrastructure requirements and upgrading to ensure acceptable levels of Security, Access Management, Asset Management, Disaster Management and Data Recovery Plans, SPOF mitigation, Establishing and running Data Centre Infrastructure including sizing, configuration, bandwidth estimation, network management, load balancing, etc. Well versed with ITSM, Service Desk Operations, Process Documentation, Contract Negotiations, Change Management and System Integration. Possess broad competence in strategic management with the distinction of launching & driving new IT initiatives, re-designing IT operations & contributing in achievement of organizational objectives. Significant experience of leading and managing teams within an Operational Service Delivery or Shared Services environment Deft at implementing Global standards like ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS Controls and Hitrust In-depth Knowledge in Security and Management tools like Mcafee/Symantec Antivirus, SCCM, Cybereason, EDLP, Bit locker Encryption Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure Operations who will be an ambassador of change with the distinction of successful business process re-structuring, implementation of business solutions in organizations within present budgets and deadlines
