Due to our expansion and increasing customer base we are seeking an Operations Manager based at our Crewe Office and to work alongside an established operations team. Duties will include (but not limited to): Site visits & inspections Staff appraisals Ensuring all customer contractual obligations are met (e.g. staffing, quality of service etc) Ensuring service delivery compliance with all quality & H&S standards Out of hours (on call) escalation manager on rotation Weekend (in office) duty manager working 1 in 3 Assisting rostering with the staffing of sites Assisting with transportation of staff to and from sites Incident investigations & discipline hearings Essential criteria: SIA licence - Door Supervisor/Security Guarding or Close Protection Full driving licence Security operations management experience Rostering experience Desired: SIA CCTV licence 1st aid qualification (EFAAW/FAAW) Health & safety qualification (IOSH/NEEBOSH) Quality management qualification Hours: 55 hours per week Salary: £30k per year Holidays: 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Licence: driving licence (Required) SIA (Required)
