We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Architectural Designer to be a design leader and integral member of our firm.. Responsibilities: - Coordinates design efforts during all phases of a project including bond planning, master planning, programming, schematic design, design development. - Develops presentation strategies - Communicates design ideas through hand sketching, 3D computer renderings and verbal presentation skills - Support construction administration activities for the design team - Process, distribute, log, and follow-up on construction project submittals and RFIs - Communicate with the Alpha project team and consultants on project issues in a timely and well-organized manner - Assess design intent, along with client expectations, for the design team and the owner - Perform design documentation to support design projects utilizing AutoCAD and Revit Qualifications: Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, along with high attention to detail. Must have strong space planning and analytical skills. A professional degree in Interior Design is required - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program is required - 5+ years of experience in both base building architecture and interior architecture - Licensed in Qatar Ministry of municipality and environment - Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office Suite - Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction and building structures Apply with: - Cover Letter - Resume Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: Architectural Designer: 5 years (Required) Location: Doha (Required) License: UPDA/MMUP (Required) Language: English/Arabic (Preferred)
