As a casual employee in a rapidly growing courier delivery company, you will learn how to use the different software programs and other tools required to be an efficient member of a customer-oriented team. While working closely with people you will have exposure to various roles, training and future career opportunities. Position Overview: Receive and process parcels (unload, scan, sort, store) Keep a clean and safe working environment Communicate and cooperate with team members Operate and maintain warehouse equipment Comply with procedures, rules and regulations Use scanner and other equipment correctly at all times Complete necessary paperwork Courier driving will be occasionally necessary in this position Skill Requirements: Customer-centric orientation Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavy objects Teamwork and ability to work independently Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Class 5 Drivers Licence and a clean Personal Driving Record required for relief driving Job Type: Casual Job Types: Part-time, Casual Job Types: Part-time, Casual Experience: Warehouse/Courier: 1 year (Preferred) Licence: Class 5 (Required)
