Job Title: QC Doc. Control Department: Quality Department Role: Quality Administrative / QC Inspector Reports to: QA Leader Responsibilities: Update all completed Work Order into the system and tabulate monthly internal work order rejection rate and filed all completed Work Order on a daily basis. Daily update those Work Order that had been completed onto the Master Schedule Plan. Update and filed all In-Coming Inspection Report and tabulate monthly Supplier Lot Acceptance Rate. Update if there are any Engineering Change Notice on drawing and filed all drawings in the QA Department. Update and filed all daily In-Process Inspection Records. Generate all Out-Going Inspection Report as per Customer Requirement To generate Quality Alert for the QA Leader and file all Customer NCR/RMA. To update the Master Calibration List, if there are any new measuring instruments and test equipment purchased. Raise P.O. for any measuring Instrument and test equipment that are due for external calibration. To perform internal calibration of all measuring instruments and test equipment that are due for calibration and filed all calibration records and certificate whether it is internal or external calibration. Help QA Leader to generate First Article Inspection Report for submission to Customer. To perform 5S to ensure the QA Room is need and tidy. Ensure all measuring instruments and test equipment are well maintain and in Good Working Conditions. In-Charge of the Sign in and Sign out of any measuring instruments and test equipment that are loan or borrow by other department staff(s). To perform any other jobs that are assign by the QA Manager or QA Leader from time to time. ITE/ NITEC/ Higher NITEC, Diploma
