Position Description Allianz are looking for a self-driven, self-motivated HR Business Partner, experience of working for a business that has gone through significant change would be an advantage to ensure the delivery of a first-class HR service. Experience / Responsibilities Coaching of leaders in handling people issues, whilst considering risk cost and impact to the team & wider department Demonstrable track record of delivering people related change L&D/Talent - Knowledge of talent management process and practical application and proactively identify required talent pools both internally and externally Performance & Reward - Good understanding of reward principles, strategies and compensation and benefits approach. Ability to explain how pay and reward decisions are made and make recommendations to managers in relation to pay Organisational Design - Experience of designing, planning, implementation and supporting managers in delivery of effective people change Analytical and Diagnostic skills – Ability to use data to present solutions to business area. Using MI to proactively identify trends/pattern and short/long-term goals Stakeholder Management skills– Ability to actively engage and challenge stakeholders using influence and application of analytics, diagnostics and HR best practice. Proven track record of successfully contracting with stakeholders Commercial – to add to the business agenda as well as how HR solutions are developed Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills Project Management Skills – Knowledge of Project management methodology and best practice Ability to operate in ambiguous environments whilst supporting others Employee Relations – Good working knowledge of employment legislation and law.
