We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner to join Alliance Healthcare UK, supporting our operations through a group of Service Centres in the implementation of people strategies, programmes and policies that promote the organisational strategy. You will offer proactive and commercial support in line with our Company Values. This role will see you partnering with your aligned service centres on a range of HR tasks, from Learning and Development and Employment Law to TUPE and Talent Management as well as working with Unions. Organisational Design is high on the agenda with a focus on developing and supporting management teams to achieve their business objectives through their people and whilst there is a proactive approach within the role to achieve the organisational strategy, you will also be required to work reactively in supporting the managers on complex ER issues. We are looking for someone who has proven experience working at HRBP level, ideally within an operational role. You will also possess the ability to build personal credibility quickly by demonstrating the company’s values and proactively contributing to the organisations success. You will have demonstrable experience in working on complex HR Projects coupled with a strong understanding of employment law and HR practices. The successful candidates will be a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualifies or equivalent.
