Purpose of Role As part of fostering a culture of entrepreneurship among the country’s youth in order to reduce the high levels of unemployment; the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation (the Foundation) seeks to foster a community of responsible, high impact entrepreneurs in order to achieve an equitable South Africa flourishing with meaningful employment. We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist with retention and increased engagement of programme participants by supporting them in their academic, career and personal leadership development by developing, refining, planning and delivering peer and industry mentorship and coaching elements, and building strategic relationships with institutions that will provide mentors and coaches, supported by the Mentor Manager. Objectives of Role * Recruitment and Onboarding of Mentors and Coaches * Training and Development * Monitoring Analysis and Reporting * Event Management. * Relationship Management * Database Management Experience and Qualifications * Identification with the Foundation’s Vision, Mission and Ethos * Honours Degree * 3 years relevant experience (administrative, project management, coaching) * This role requires regular need for travel Competencies Adaptability Analytical Thinking Interpersonal Skills Relationship Management Skills Presentation Skills Judgement Emotional Maturity Ability to work within a team Communication Skills - written and verbal Ability to communicate complex ideas Project Management Skills advantageous Able to work on multiple assignments/project Innovation Flexibility Ability to work independently Ability to think strategically Strong work ethic
