This involves working to deliver 1,500MW of owned and contracted renewable generation by 2025. We are looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound contact centre team on a permanent, full-time or contact basis. Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Service, these are exciting phone-based opportunities to respond to customers’ incoming calls resolving their enquires at first contact. Through having quality customer-based conversations you will be able to demonstrate the value of the Alinta Energy brand and service we provide, retaining the customers’ loyalty. Responsibilities will include: Delivering a high level of customer service over the phone Understanding customer needs and solving their queries Responding to general customer service phone enquiries including setting up payment plans to moving their gas supply to a new home Liaise with internal departments including the billing and credit teams To be successful you will have: Experience working in a Contact Centre, receiving a high volume of calls Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong customer service focus An understanding of customer service concepts An eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment Microsoft Office skills and touch-typing skills at 45 wpm Able to obtain a national police clearance Should you progress to the next stage, you will receive an email to complete a video interview.
