* Develop a long-term vision of Marketplace Governance setting up all marketplace policies and regulations to ensure growth while ensure a perfect buyer and seller experience * Overall Spain & Italy catalogue monitoring (posting rules, special category management, category tree management) * Overall Spain & Italy marketplace logistics and operations performance monitoring, from seller order processing to delivery lead times * Lead seller segmentation initiatives to understand the different seller and store types allowing AliExpress to offer the correct service/support to the correct seller in the correct time. * Identify and execute the product roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision. Recommending new systems and processes, and improvements in operations * Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project, its team, scope, budget, timelines, etc. * Preparation and presentation of schedules, budgets and other documentation to internal clients. * Motivating teams of cross-functional disciplines to achieve the desired project goals, direct cooperation with legal and taxing departments both local and global * 3+ years e-commerce experience; successful experience with TOP online platforms in Europe or worldwide * Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Law discipline, Master’s degree is a plus * Business and technical experience including experience driving operations in an ecommerce business with emphasis on metrics * Proven track record of translating customer needs into business/product requirements * Track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional, projects, preferably within an e-commerce environment * Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer (buying and selling) needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs * Solid experience in project management processes and tools. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently * Self-driven and self-motivated mind-set, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively deliver the vision and mission to gain the people’s commitment to achieve objectives with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences * Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Native Chinese and proficient English are a must for this position * Spanish or Italian domain are a plus
