About The Team Leader/Area Supervisor Role Your role will be centred around Daily operations and team management. We are looking for a solid onsite/field leader to work with, coach and develop our staff; assist in planning and scheduling; ensure that every job is done to perfection; build relationships with our clients through customer service and outstanding quality of work; and more. More specifically your responsibilities are not limited to but will include: -Leading our teams to maximize on job efficiency and performance -Training, coaching, developing staff -Cleaning duties -Onsite leadership and demonstration of conduct and performance standards -Site inspections -STR/Air BnB Quality Control -Coordinating teams, assignments, and scheduling - Assist in operational duties -Assist in administrative duties *In this role you will spend a majority of your time in the field, while balancing admin duties. Qualifications and Education -2 years in a Team Leader or Supervisory Role -2 years in a Customer Service/Services based role -2 years in an operations based role -2 years in a cleaning role highly desirable but not mandatory -Hospitality background highly desirable but not mandatory -Have completed all or some college/university courses *Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license Remuneration $40,000-47,500/year Health Benefits Bonuses Two weeks vacation If you’re ready to work hard, have fun, and be a key contributor send your cover letter and resume over...NOW!
