This next generation solution sees us build on our strong global foundations and significantly investing in technology and tools to allow our team to focus on doing what people do best. The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver end to end recruitment services in line with agreed service levels. This exciting opportunity, based onsite with our client, Medtronic, based in Riyadh and is a fantastic platform to become a trusted advisor within an international organisation. Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with hiring managers will be a critical part of that process. At the same time, you’ll focus hard on ensuring target operating model and SLA’s are delivered against and data integrity is maintained. Accountabilities: Facilitating the interview and selection process Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand Identify process improvements and bring innovation to the team Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives Position Requirements Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical/ medical devices sector would be desirable Onsite or agency recruitment experience within a large organisation and – an understanding of what excellent client service looks like Experience managing candidates through the full end to end recruitment process with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching and headhunting) Expertise re local landscape is desirable Skills and experience: You must have strong multi functional in house or large agency recruitment experience and a track record of working on high volume recruitment campaigns. Recruitment of life science is advantageous. You should have a proven talent for communication and relationship building.
