POSITION SUMMARY: HSA Bank Operations Analyst Job Purpose: performs day to day services provided to Employers, TPA’s & Banks in relation to their employer groups utilizing Alegeus software. Responsible for executing the back-office workflow of the various support services units within Alegeus as it pertains to Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Candidate must be creative, detail oriented, highly organized, self-driven and motivated to meet the growing needs of our organization. Responsibilities: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that WCSS HSA Back Office tasks, including Consumer Identity Process (CIP) & Office of Foreign Asset and Controls (OFAC), Account Balance reconcilliations and claims processing, are executed within all parameters and guidelines as outlined by the company policies and practices. Provide timely updates to key stakeholders within Alegeus. Provide a consistent quality level of service taking a proactive approach to identify and eliminate potential processing issues Maintaining daily operations and help to assess and align procedures and streamline workflow that impact operational process with the end result being increased efficiency Apply banking knowledge to work within organization to enhance systems and performance. Support the Operations Group in coordinating review of self-assessment and other tools used by internal and external auditors and examiners to ensure any issues identified are immediately resolved. Proactively identify any potentially fraudulent accounts and monitor for areas of riskProvide quality recordkeeping including implementing data collections analysis and management reporting Provide adhoc reporting as requested. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Retail Banking in multiple processing environments executing back-office support functions of HSA’s a plus. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Highly motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Strong technology skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to meet tight deadlines and have an execution-focused approach.
