ROLE DESCRIPTION The Commercial and Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and reporting of Alchemy’s key programs and assisting with the management of our banking facilities. To achieve this, the Analyst will work closely with our data administration team to monitor reconciliations between inventory received from various sources and matching related supplier invoices in order to generate meaningful analysis and reports and be comfortable presenting their findings to internal management and external clients or banking partners. The Analyst will ensure that Alchemy can comply with all its reporting obligations including to our key accounts and our banking partners. As Alchemy is a high growth company, we will require additional funding sources as we expand. The Analyst will assist with the identification of potential new finance partners and the execution of these opportunities. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from world recognized University. Finance / Accounting major preferred 3+ years’ experience in a banking or accounting role An understanding of basic accounting concepts, cashflow management and financial ratios Hands on experience of analysis, reporting, insights and formulating recommendations. A familiarity with financial risk concepts, global models, pricing and metrics is required A passion for service delivery utilizing informed analytics and fact-based decision making; alongside creative thinking and customer excellence will be essential for success Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues is critical for this role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the data analyst and other members of the accounting team to provide and present meaningful analysis of Alchemy’s commercial and financial position to internal and external stakeholders Assist with the expansion of Alchemy’s funding sources Meet all requirements as tasked to you by the Alchemy Group Financial Controller and Director – Commercial and Finance Market Alchemy’s service effectively to key accounts Act in the best interest of the Alchemy business at all times Represent Alchemy professionally and with integrity and uphold the values of the organization Benefits: Work from home opportunities Flexible working hours Bonus scheme Reference ID: ALCUKCFA1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: €40,000.00 to €45,000.00 /year Experience: banking / accounting: 3 years (Required) Education: Required
