Ensure that forecasts reflects key changes expected in business performance. Drive initiatives that contribute towards the sustainable growth of the NZ business. Lead and manage NZ commercial function and demonstrate influence to drive performance and initiatives. Manage stakeholder expectations on NZ strategic plan delivery and initiatives. Partner with senior leaders to drive the business transformation agenda. Key Requirements: CA/CPA Qualified. 10+ years leadership experience in large multi-national businesses. Proven experience of change management and business transformation. Demonstrated ability working in strategic and operational roles. Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to business partner across all areas of the organisation.
