Responsibilities: Achieving, driving and seeking out sales opportunities inside and outside of the boutiques Assist costumers with jewelry purchases and product selection Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customers feedback to the Boutique Manager Stay up-to-date with new products Job Requirements: Availability to work flexible shifts Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Understanding of the Jewelry sales process Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment Minimum education level: High School Diploma Job Type: Full-time
