The job of an Assistant Of Brand pertains to providing administrative, organizational and technical assistance to the buying division of a company. Indirectly reporting to HOB, helps and assist the HOB to select assortment product which comply with the target market and price range Assist HOB on Order placement and other documentations as well as monitoring day to day activities of buying. Assist HOB in resolving pricing, barcode and any other dispute issue arise. Keeping a record of all the materials purchased for the store Reporting damage, loss and discrepancies in the purchased inventory and evaluating customer feedback relating to the merchandise in the store Assist HOB monitoring on time delivery from suppliers with the right product at the right location at the right time. Assist HOB regularly reviewing performance indicators, e.g. sales and discount levels To assist HOB in maintaining the quality and standards of the merchandise purchased for the store. Assist HOB liaising with outlet personnel to ensure product/collection supply meets demand. To assist HOB review the payment of invoices before any payment made to suppliers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,900.00 to RM2,200.00 /month Location: Skudai (Preferred)
