Job Description A vacancy for a Finance Systems Expert (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. You will join Integrated Finance Solutions: responsible to design and maintain finance systems at a leading edge level. In an international environment, connected with the world-wide Finance network, in collaboration with multicultural teams, you will be responsible for Finance Systems transformation projects and run mode activities, e.g performing the technical closing for AHD in the entire area of Accounting and Controlling. You will be a major contributor to assist the business in transforming the way of working by taking all advantage of digital tools assuring coherence for Airbus Helicopters Division taking into account strong alignment with Airbus Group Strategy. Tasks & accountabilities: Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: Acting as FICO Expert in various projects by delivering automated and reliable state of the art solutions Full project life cycle activities: from concept definition until entry in service Contribution and/or animation of multi-functional project teams: Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Information Management (IM) Change management for the Finance community Accompany the business partners during test execution Support IM in solution definition and validation Secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Finance Systems Anticipate systems evolutions and propose improvements Close collaboration with Finance Business representatives Guarantee and active contribution to support all initiatives related to Governance and Compliance Perform the technical closing activities for AHD and support all entities during the month end closing period as expert The future candidate who will have proven his/her capabilities will be rapidly exposed to enlarged challenges. This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Required skills: You have the following skills and experience: A solid finance and technical background, with project management experience and passion for systems / new technologies Detailed understanding of Business Processes in Finance, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Logistics and its integration impacts in an integrated system 5 years + in project management on Finance Systems / SAP ERP / SAP BI and Transformation projects Experience on Full cycle SAP FI-CO / PS implementation Projects Further skills in Logistics and Manufacturing SAP modules (MM-IV, PP and SD) Negotiation skills and Stakeholders management from an operational to “Top management” level Passion for team work and collaboration spirit in an international context Curiosity, promote new ideas, new ways of working and strong communication skills Languages: Negotiation level of English. French and/or German would be a plus This position is graded ERA 11/12 This position requires a profound understanding of possible risks in the area of Compliance and a full integral behavior.
