About the Role As a member of the Team you will be: working in a cross functional team to deliver business solutions working in an agile development environment dealing in complex IT and software systems delivering business developing, updating and reviewing product and software requirements familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence excellent written and verbal communicator proficient in requirements gathering, data evaluation, deciphering priorities and problem solving Our Ideal Job Seeker analyse, identify and design processes that can allow the business systems to scale using data and process design principles to create requirements to be used for the design and development of system software Identify areas that need development and assess priority against other business initiatives. Identify optimisation opportunities across all business and ICT processes run key strategic initiatives in the business. consult and share information with customer, technical team, management and others recognise and seek to resolve issues, blockers and hurdles which impacting the software/technical delivery team. lead the investigation of systems resource usage and planning. liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyse and understand technical and business requirements and leverage expertise to solve complex problems lead user research activities, including testing phases to support quality assurance and risk management measures Minimum Training/Qualifications You will have a Bachelor or equivalent tertiary level qualification
